Only One You

This is a really amazing book and I already bought many copies for my friends and myself.  This is an uplifting book about growing up...a story told by papa and mama fish to the painted-rock fish, Adri. All his friend fish are colorfully hand-painted, and each one is different! Made me feel so happy that I painted different fish for all the high school graduates in my class last year :) A beautifully illustrated picture book for children and big children of all ages.  There is also a sequence book called "You be You", another delightful book.

The Going to Bed Book

I have been very busy with teaching, and although being with students is a fulfilling calling for me, I haven't post anything here for a long long time.
But no matter how things change, the world of children's books always resonates with me, inspires me, teaches me, and makes me happy :)

One of my best favorite book is The Going to Bed Book by Sandra Boynton, a picture book app done by Moon Media (Loud Crow Interactive, 2013). A very short, simple, gentle and beautiful interactive e-book version of an original pop-up board book.  Michael Ford's piano composition adds the magic to this e-book! I never get tired of reading and playing with this book (especially the last spread) - my favorite book of all time :)
